After working in fertility care for a number of years, I created Careful Hands to better support patients who often feel overwhelmed by injections, medication preparation, and the fast pace of clinical appointments. As a nurse with experience in family practice and a focus on women’s health and fertility, I saw firsthand how meaningful clear guidance and calm, consistent support can be.
